A Group Gift Giving Blog, FrumUs To You!

Welcome.....
Ever since I was a little girl growing up in suburban Philadelphia in the '70s, I have relished the challenge of finding creative, thoughtful gifts at a reasonable price. Adding a homemade card, complete with a rhyming poem, rounded out the perfect gift. Decades later I am inspired by the prospect of sharing ideas to make group gift giving exciting and meaningful. Just this past Christmas/Hanukkah, I gave enlarged framed photos of a "priceless ra ... Keep Reading

Most of us are good about filling out the baby book -- well, at least for the first child or two. The milestones seem to come so quickly and it's all so exciting.
Then comes grade school. Instead of writing things down (no more first steps but lots of firsts), we tend to collect report cards and class photos in various places and we kind of remember teachers and friends, but it's far ... Keep Reading

Looking for a unique teacher gift idea? Check out the Wishing Wall from Uncommon Goods (one of my favorite websites for unique gift ideas). Instead of everyone pitching in for a gift card (kinda boring), have the kids and parents all write personal notes and wishes to teacher and roll them up with dollar bills and stick them into the wishing wall. Teacher can either ... Keep Reading

I've known about GroupCard for quite sometime but now I can tell you firsthand that it's a fabulous group gift giving tool. (See the screen grab of our card to the left.) There's even a Facebook app ... Keep Reading

My babies are now teenagers much to my chagrin. As time marches on I am more and more grateful for the keepsakes I have received and collected. I recently came across a few fabulous finds for new babies that would make great gifts -- from a family or a group.
Check out the Birth Announcement Rug from Posh Tots. The colors and graphics are too cute. This is the ... Keep Reading
